Lifetime Guarantee (Watches)

Standard Warranty:

All Revictwatches watches include a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues, including defects in the movement, hands, and dial.

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear, such as scratches or discoloration.

Lifetime Warranty:

Customers may purchase an optional lifetime warranty during checkout or within 30 days of purchase.

The lifetime warranty extends the same coverage as the standard warranty for an unlimited period.

Claim Process:

To file a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact Revictwatches customer support.

If the issue falls under warranty, we will repair or replace the watch at no additional cost.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or discoloration caused by normal wear.

  • Batteries, straps, and other accessories.
