Return & Refund Policy
Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Watches must still be sealed in plastic foil. For quartz watches, the battery must not be activated.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@revictwatches.com to request a return.

Once approved, we will send you a secure payment link of €8 to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

After payment is completed, the return label will be sent to you via email.
Note: Return labels must be paid for in advance — the cost will not be deducted from your refund.

Important: Items returned without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
Responsibility During Return Shipment
You are responsible for the condition of the return items until they reach us.
Please ensure items are packaged carefully. Keep your tracking number and return receipt — this is your proof of return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@revictwatches.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
You can exchange ring sizes through our return portal.
We do not offer product-to-product exchanges. The fastest way is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the product you want.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
The item must meet the same return conditions: unused, unworn, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
Unclaimed Packages & Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your parcel from a pickup point, please notify us at info@revictwatches.com to start the refund process.
If a package is not collected in time or delivery fails due to customer inaction, we reserve the right to deduct a handling fee from your refund. This fee covers extra logistics, storage, and administrative costs.
Unclaimed parcels may be returned to stock after 7 days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
